Terms and Conditions:
Article 1 – length of stay:
The customer who signs the contract concluded for a fixed term may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 2 – conclusion of the contract:
The online booking becomes effective once the customer has guaranteed it with a valid credit card on the date of the start of the stay.
Article 3 – Cancellation by the customer:
- a) In the event of cancellation or modification up to 2 days prior to the arrival date, no fees will be charged.
- b) In the event of late cancellation or modification (less than 48 hours) or no-show, the owner will charge 100% of the total cost of the stay.
- c) Any stay that has begun must be paid for in full. Consequently, any early departure will be subject to billing for the room only for the remainder of the stay as originally booked.
Article 4 – Arrival:
The guest is welcomed on the specified day from 3 p.m. or earlier, depending on availability. In the event of late arrival, the guest must notify the owner.
Article 5 – Regulations:
Payment to the owner by: Cash, credit card.
Article 6 – Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner, who then transfers it to the Treasury.
Article 7 – Use of the premises:
The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They undertake to return the accommodation in good condition.
Article 8 – Animals:
The contract specifies that the establishment does not accept pets.
Article 9 – Capacity:
The contract is drawn up for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse the additional guests. This refusal cannot under any circumstances be considered a modification or breach of contract on the part of the owner, so that if the number of guests leaving exceeds the number refused, the owner is entitled to retain the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation.
Article 10 – Insurance:
The customer is liable for any damage caused by them. They must therefore check whether their main residence contract includes holiday cover (holiday rental). The tenant certifies that they are covered by civil liability insurance covering their own liability and that of the persons accompanying them.
Article 11 – Disputes:
It is recommended that you contact the Tourist Office, which will intervene to facilitate an amicable settlement of disputes – if the complaint is made within the first three days after arrival, for any dispute concerning the inventory or the descriptive statement – at the end of the stay for all other disputes. For any disputes arising from the performance or termination of this contract, only the courts with jurisdiction over the location of the rented property shall have jurisdiction.
